膠衣板由膠衣高分子樹脂和玻璃纖維熱固化復合形成。是一種高品質的新型環保產品，廣泛應用于汽車、冷藏車車廂板以及凈化、醫療、食品衛生、受揚塵沙塵污染嚴重的建筑采光等工程。產品可替代彩鋼板、不銹鋼板、鋁板、PVC等，該產品具有強度高、硬性好、表面光滑、耐磨、耐強酸強堿、耐老化、耐風沙侵蝕、潔凈度高、不易滋生細菌等特點。

優質膠衣：表面刮涂200μm-500μm亞什蘭膠衣、帝斯曼膠衣等優質膠衣。

優質上膜：上表面貼覆標稱厚度為30微米美國杜邦Melinex389-30年品質、美國杜邦Melinex301-25年品質、富維熱封膜-15年品質，表面抗老化膜根據客戶要求可貼可不貼。優化樹脂：采用亞什蘭或帝斯曼特殊優化聚酯不飽和樹脂。強化玻纖：采用高強度泰山T984/OCVUUSH/CPIC等，含量30%單位重量：1800g/m2、2300g/m、3700g/m2,允許誤差±10%。

標稱厚度：1.5mm 2.0mm 2.5mm,允許誤差±0.1mm。透光率：5%-85%。

耐溫區間：【-40℃至+120℃】。

熱膨脹系數：2.6x10 cm/am/℃。
